No, only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being permanently closed and your balance may be forfeited.

The minimum age is 18. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using 7bet bet's services. Age is confirmed during KYC verification.

Login Issues

Deposits via mobile banking or e-wallet are usually reflected within 5 minutes. If your balance hasn't updated after 30 minutes, contact us via live chat with your transaction reference number.

7bet bet charges no deposit fees. However, your mobile banking or e-wallet provider may apply a small charge. Check your payment provider's fees before making a deposit.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if the Cash Out option is available, you can take partial or full returns before the match ends. This feature is available on selected matches.
